As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll work alongside a team of technicians to support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems that keep our headquarters building running safely and efficiently. At Williams, each day begins with a team huddle to align on priorities, coordinate work activities, and reinforce our safety-first culture. In addition to performing routine maintenance and system inspections, you'll respond to tenant requests with professionalism, helping ensure a productive and comfortable workplace. Through collaboration with experienced team members, you'll gain exposure to advanced building systems and tools while continuing to develop your technical skills. Strong communication, accurate documentation, knowledge of building operations and HVAC systems, and an unwavering commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. Every task contributes to Williams' mission of delivering clean energy with integrity, making your work both impactful and valued.
