    Overview

    Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. This is a night shift position; interested candidates should be available to work Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3 a.m.

    Key Responsibilities

    Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintains all manufacturing and facility equipment for optimum performance and reliability. 
    • Conducts daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual PMs as scheduled by TDW Maintenance Management System
    • Diagnoses the cause of problems, replaces or repairs defective components, and tests
    • Tests electrical circuits and components to locate shorts, faulty connections, and defective parts and replaces or repairs to suit.
    • Uses a variety of power and hand tools, material handling equipment, and electric meters in performing duties.
    • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
    • Performs minor plumbing maintenance
    • Responds immediately, as requested, to safety concerns. Implements immediate containment to protect people, products, and the facility,
    • Implements permanent corrective action within an agreed-upon time,
    • Works with plant safety teams, as required, to implement preventive measures,
    • Adheres to TDW HSE guidelines and lock-out/tag-out procedures while performing maintenance and repair of equipment.
    • Drives continuous improvement by utilizing existing and new preventive and predictive maintenance tools
    • Identifies chronic machine/equipment issues and works with the team to prevent recurrence 

    Experience

    • Minimum 1 year of working experience in facility/manufacturing maintenance
    • Completion of high school education

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry
    • Basic computer skills: Windows, Internet Explorer
