Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Tech:
- Performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations.
- Possess a basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems.
- Manages their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicates with Leads and Managers.
- Responsible for additional duties as assigned by Management.
