### Job Duties Maintenance Technician II is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment and facilities to ensure the continuation of production processes. Essential Job Functions The job duties listed below are the fundamental job duties of this position. Failure to perform any one of these duties would substantially alter the nature of the position. Complete hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic repairs Assembling, building and moving of production equipment Dismantle, replace defective parts, reassemble and adjust to ensure efficient operation with minimal supervision Thoroughly complete PM reports and fill out MWR’s for large issues needing more attention Perform daily, weekly, monthly, scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, and scheduled work Fabricate parts/components required to complete any repairs necessary to bring equipment operational Participate and support Continuous Improvement initiatives Forklift, crane, & man lift certified Maintain clean work service shop area Clean up area following all maintenance services Assist in trouble shooting and root cause analysis Perform tasks with minimum technical guidance Perform detailed repairs to controls and other equipment Communicate relevant information and concerns positively and effectively to others in timely manner Conduct air quality checks Report all maintenance or safety concerns with maintenance manager Ensure use of safe work procedures and wear all required PPE. Perform work at the appropriate pace to maintain quality and productivity requirements Follow company policies in relation to safety, cleanliness, attendance etc. Perform other duties as assigned or requested ### Minimum Education Required Preferred candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and/or two years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing facility ### Minimum Experience Required Preferred candidates will have a completed a formal skilled trades program with training in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical maintenance and repair Basic knowledge in interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings Welding capabilities Ability to perform basic shop math functions Accurately use tape measure and precision measuring instruments Ability to operate forklift, hoists, cranes, manlifts, and other powered industrial vehicles as needed Ability to operate various power and hand tools Ability to work with others as part of a high performance team Ability to adapt to changing work priorities Able to work under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or procedures ### Shift Second (Evening) ### Number of Openings 1 ### Public Transportation Accessible No ### Veterans Encouraged to Apply Yes ### Physical Required Yes ### Drug Test Required Yes ### Compensation $28.05 / Hourly ### Additional Compensation Base pay $28.05+ based on experience ### Postal Code 55395 ### Job Type Full Time ### Place of Work On-site ### Requisition ID 20156 ### Job Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401K Plan Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment Paid vacation Flexible schedule - 4 10 hour shifts with Fridays off Profit sharing plan ### Application Email pamelas.nmi@gmail.com
