Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in solving problems and keeping critical systems operating safely? Join our team and help create a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
What You'll Do:
- Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and install building systems, utilities, and equipment
- Work on electrical systems, including 120/208/277/480-volt equipment and related power and control devices
- Install and repair piping, valves, fixtures, and other mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment operating efficiently
- Maintain hospital buildings and off-site properties to ensure they remain safe, attractive, and functional
- Recommend replacement parts and assist with maintaining inventory
- Collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, vendors, and other departments to support daily operations
What We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree in a related field, completion of a technical program, or 5–7 years of maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and building systems
- Working knowledge of applicable codes and safe work practices
- A dependable team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
