Role Synopsis
This is a key role to implement Total Productive Maintenance for the Gilmore facility. Maintain and ensure maximum operating efficiency of all equipment and machinery in accordance with departmental safety policies, procedures, and standards to meet production schedules including desired quality levels.

- Maintain the coolant for all CNC Machines and properly dispose coolant.
- Verify the coolant concentration and top off coolant when required.
- Use forklift to properly dispose of facility trash and metal shavings daily.
- Verify the restrooms are stocked.
- Troubleshoot and repair shop equipment as needed including PMs.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical as needed.
- Utilize maintenance ticket system in Mango to track work orders.
- Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications/Work Experience
Education
- Associate degree from two-year college in a related field or certificate or diploma from a trade school in related field and seven years'' experience in the maintenance of manufacturing facility or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Essential
- Seven years hydraulic, electrical and/or pneumatic maintenance mechanic experience.
- Industrial manufacturing / Assembly line experience.
- Proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to perform maintenance duties with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or overtime if required.
- Valid driver''s license in good standing.
Preferred
- Mechanical experience with CNC machines.
- Experience with plumbing and electrical work codes in manufacturing
- Certification in hydraulics and or electronics or a related field.
- Lean manufacturing methodology and TPM experience.

- Physical Dexterity required; ability to ascend/descend ladders; ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, and move objects for 8 to 12 hours per day.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Speak/hear and use specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Capability of properly using standard office equipment including a computer with a keyboard.
- Ability to wear and utilize Personal Protective Safety Equipment (PPE). Required equipment includes steel toed shoes, safety glasses/goggles. Additional PPE may be required, e.g., safety harnesses, Fire Retardant Clothing (FRC), hard hats, or other as assigned.

- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require basic safety precautions. Ability to wear and utilize Personal Protective Safety Equipment (PPE). Required equipment includes steel-toed shoes, safety glasses/goggles. Additional PPE may be required, e.g., safety harnesses, Fire Retardant Clothing (FRC), hard hats, or other as assigned.
- Work conditions will vary and may include working up to twelve (12) hours per day or more in an outdoor environment with exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
