Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Oxford, NC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, conducting inspections to ensure safety and equipment performance, and maintaining detailed maintenance records. The role also entails responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal downtime, and collaborating closely with other team members to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Understanding and experience with electrical systems, wiring, and controls.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies used in preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for diagnosing and rectifying equipment issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Experience in maintaining detailed maintenance logs and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in industrial or facility maintenance is highly desirable.
