Apartment Maintenance Technician - $25–30/hr | Edwardsville, KSMonday–Friday, 9am–5pm We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to care for two well-maintained apartment communities in Edwardsville, KS. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work with experience in hands-on repair.What You'll DoHandle routine and emergency maintenance requestsRespond to resident work orders promptly and professionallyTurn vacant units for new residentsPerform HVAC service and repairHandle light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairsComplete painting, drywall, carpentry, and flooring repairsCoordinate with outside vendors as neededWalk the property and post resident noticesKeep accurate maintenance recordsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in residential/multi-family maintenance preferredWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and drywallStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-starter who can manage a full workload independentlyComfortable working outdoors in all weatherBasic computer/data entry skillsMist be able ot lift 50lbs or more regularly, comfortable on laddersComfortable standing for long periods and frequest reaching and bendingValid driver's license and reliable transportation Own hand tools and reliable cell phone Nice to HaveHVAC or trade certificationConstruction/renovation backgroundExperience with Rent Manager or similar property management softwarePay & Benefits$25–30/hour, based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (eligible after 90 days)Paid holidays and earned PTOReady to join a team that values your skills and your time?
