Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Indianapolis, IN. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $30-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform mechanical preventative maintenance and repair on facility systems
Make building alterations as needed
Monitor and respond to Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Service HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and plumbing systems
Assist other Building Authority departments as needed
Comply with safety regulations and organizational policies
Maintain smoke and fire evacuation systems (e.g., dampers, fusible links, activators)
Requirements:
EPA Certification
High school diploma or GED
Valid Indiana driver’s license
Flexible schedule availability
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Experience with pneumatic & electronic controls
Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms
Clean background (must pass MCSO/DOJ clearance)
