Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
• Location: Indianapolis, IN 46214

Key Responsibilities

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance, functionality, and safety of the community. Responsibilities include:

• Completing a high volume of resident service requests (work orders) efficiently and professionally

• Assisting with apartment turns and preparing units for new residents

• Performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including:

• Plumbing repairs

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Appliance repairs

• Carpentry work

• Painting and drywall repairs

• Conducting preventive maintenance as needed

• Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company standards and safety guidelines

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and property staff

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to complete a high volume of work orders and/or apartment turns
• Must have your own vehicle or reliable transportation
• Golf carts are not considered reliable transportation for this position
• Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies as needed
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance and a professional attitude
