Pay: $21/hr | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a residential property located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for steady weekday hours with the potential to transition into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
• Prepare apartments for move-in (turns and make-readies)
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
• Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of common areas
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance shop organization

Additional Notes: MUST have valid driver's license

Qualifications:

• Certified Maintenance Technician designation or equivalent experience
• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
