What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and support equipment to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing machinery
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose root causes, and implement timely, effective solutions
- Safely operate and maintain tools, test equipment, and specialized machinery used in maintenance work
- Inspect equipment, complete work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach to equipment issues
- Clear communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset for working closely with production and other departments
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and support production demands on a busy 2nd shift

Schedule
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Monday – Friday, working 1 weekend per month

Compensation
- Hourly pay:$27.90 – $36.80, based on experience and skills
