Noble Company, a subsidiary of FPC International, Inc., is seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring our equipment and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to support production and deliver high-quality products to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Install, relocate, and assist with setup of new manufacturing equipment
- Inspect equipment and facility systems and address issues proactively
- Work with external vendors for specialized repairs and facility support (HVAC, building systems, etc.)
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and equipment performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on equipment testing and improvements
- Safely operate tools, lifts, and other maintenance equipment
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and prints
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
