Maintenance Technician

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for ahands-on experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations at their Jackson, WI facility.

**Pay Rate: **$25/hr - $28/hr

**Shift: **2nd / 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems

• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime

• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, and automated machinery

• Troubleshoot electrical controls, sensors, VFDs, and other industrial components

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical documentation

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects

• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur

• Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using CMMS

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment

• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
