IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team at a Housing Cooperative. If you have experience in general maintenance and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential units and property.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and other building systems.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, available 24 hours a day for one week each month.
Qualifications:
  • Strong plumbing knowledge preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and structural systems.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform maintenance duties.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
