About the Role
We are seeking two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in plastics manufacturing, though experience in glass, metal, or food manufacturing is also acceptable. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, ensuring consistent production flow, and supporting overall facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Repair and replace faulty or worn components
- Assist with equipment setup and calibration
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in plastics, glass, metal, or food manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$36 per hour, depending on experience
