We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in maintaining our portfolio of vacation homes to ensure every property is safe, functional, and guest-ready.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Typical shifts include:

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Weekend availability is required, as weekends are an essential part of our operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential vacation homes.
• Complete drywall repairs, patching, and interior painting.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation.
• Ensure properties meet company quality standards before guest arrivals.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain company equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and operations staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in general residential maintenance required.
• Drywall repair and painting experience required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
