As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, rebuilding, and maintaining complex manufacturing and support equipment. Working with minimal supervision, you will help ensure equipment reliability while maintaining compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
This role also serves as a technical resource by training, mentoring, and providing guidance to other maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle complex manufacturing and support equipment.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, PLCs, and high-speed packaging equipment.
Complete preventive maintenance and other proactive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Work with equipment manufacturers and service providers to resolve technical issues.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Follow all company, departmental, regulatory, and safety policies and procedures.
Support fellow maintenance technicians as workload and priorities require.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
