You will be working with experienced facilities maintenance technicians who maintain a vast array of HVAC & electrical systems, upkeep of our facilities grounds, equipment, facade and all aspects of maintaining office buildings & aircraft hangars.Requirements: 1. Applicant will have general construction & maintenance skills and experience with brush, roller & spray painting. 2. Aerial lift & mobile work platform equipment experience is required of heights up to 60'.3. Computer skills for entry and retrieval of information for work assignments in different applications. 4.
