*PAY RANGE: $32.00 - $35.00 PER HOUR* (Depending on skills)

We are seeking career-minded candidates, as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician within the San Diego County Area.

Our maintenance techs are team players with awareness, common sense, initiative, good judgment, candor, conscientiousness, follow-through, and eagerness to work efficiently in a professional environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years prior experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
• Prior experience in multi-family property maintenance is a plus!
  A valid driver’s license is required
