YOU WILL
- Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects.
- Manage equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
- Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Fire Extinguisher Maintenance - annually
- Compressor Maintenance - weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Assists in battery maintenance - Keep batteries charged and watered
- To ensure the cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift.
- To perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned to him.
YOU ARE
- A Team player able to work with others.
- Able to fully carry out instructions as given
- Familiar with Carpentry
- Have light electrical experience
- Have light plumbing experience
- Computer literacy
- Able to multitask.
- You have stellar communications skills.
- Flexible attitude
- Self-motivation and a determination to succeed
- Can manage to deadlines
- Detail Oriented
- Prior facilities experience. Custodial experience is helpful.
