Hours: M-F 7am - 4pm with potential OT

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

Licenses/Certifications:
Driver's license

Must Have Skills:
Well rounded maintenance skills
Electrical skills
Mechanical skills
Experience with hand tools

Nice to have skills:
EPA cert

Soft Skills:
Highly professional attitude
Excellent customer service skills

Years of Experience:
5 years

Education
H.S. diploma or GED

Software skills:
Basic computer/Tablet skills

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This position covers 2-3 location within a 25-mile radius.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. This is an onsite role in a manufacturing environment developing aircraft engines, avionics, and flight systems.

What You'll Do:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
