Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Hours: Currently hiring for 2nd shift
2nd shift: Mon–Thur 3pm-1:30am, Overtime as needed
An employee in this position is responsible for providing preventative and repair maintenance for facilities and equipment, installing new equipment, and supporting process improvement as directed by the Maintenance Manager. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience in CNC/automation-heavy industrial environments, and the ability to demonstrate leadership within daily tasks and project work. Electrical experience is necessary for this role.

High school diploma, plus specialized training, certification, or a two-year degree
2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with CNC machinery, automation systems, or other advanced industrial equipment (highly preferred)
Demonstrated leadership experience—leading tasks, small teams, projects, or acting as a go-to resource on the floor
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Action-oriented, independent, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Creative problem solver with the ability to make innovative connections
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Collaborative team player who supports and assists colleagues as needed
