About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property, completing service requests, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Pay Range: $ 20.00 to $ 25.00/hr.

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch)

On-Call & Emergency Response Required

What You’ll Do

• Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Perform unit turns including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs to prepare apartments for new residents
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems
• Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and overall property appearance
• Work with vendors and assist with larger maintenance projects as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Computer proficiency is a plus

What You Bring

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in residential, apartment, or related field
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to participate in on-call rotation
• Ability to safely handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving equipment
• Personal cell phone required for communication and on-call responsibilities
