ATI Windows is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our Las Vegas Sunset team. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our production equipment and facility running at peak performance — working closely with our VP of Manufacturing and Production Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machines, punch presses, conveyor systems, and other production equipment
Repair and restore malfunctioning machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing
Monitor and maintain PLC and robotic systems
Handle facility maintenance including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural repairs
Manage maintenance supply inventory and submit parts requests as needed
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and regulations
Coordinate with the VP of Manufacturing and Production Manager on maintenance schedules and facility issues
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
Hands-on experience troubleshooting CNC machines, punch presses, and conveyor systems
Solid understanding of PLC programming and robotic systems
Electrical/electrician training or apprenticeship
Ability to read technical manuals and equipment schematics
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
