Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Sign-On Bonus:$2,000 one-time sign-on bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
On-Call: Approximately one week every five weeks

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, and onsite team to keep Foxfire Apartments operating at its best and provide residents with responsive, high-quality service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to resident service requests in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshooting and completing plumbing, appliance, electrical and HVAC repairs
- Preparing apartments for new resident move-ins
- Performing preventative and general property maintenance
- Using hand and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance projects
- Following all safety procedures, codes and property standards
- Helping maintain the appearance and functionality of the community
- Working collaboratively with the onsite team, vendors and service partners
- Participating in the property's rotating on-call schedule
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities
About Foxfire Apartments
Foxfire Apartments is a 500-unit garden-style community conveniently located in Laurel with easy access to major highways. You'll join an established onsite management and maintenance team focused on providing residents with an exceptional living experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to live within approximately 30 minutes of the property due to on-call responsibilities
- Experience with general maintenance, plumbing, appliances, electrical and/or HVAC
- CFC Universal certification preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to participate in the property's on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays when scheduled
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds as required
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel and work in confined spaces as necessary
- Successful completion of required pre-employment background and drug screening
