Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance and care of Bizerba Database including PLU updates and creations in Data Maintenance Brain 3.94
  • Creation and updating of Label layout for Bizerba in Brain2 Label Designer and Layout Management
  • Understanding and troubleshooting ability of each different piece of Bizerba Equipment on plant floor assisting in troubleshooting the equipmentMaintain 4-IDFs and 1 MDF.
  • Monitor Servers for MDF and Switches and Backups for MDF & IDF's
  • Upkeep of master spreadsheet consisting of all networked equipment
  • Upkeep of Master Network Schematics for IDF's and MDF
  • Attend Weekly MOC meeting. Keep on top of upcoming PLU/Label changes and Prepare, Test, approve and have FSQR approve work before sent to floor for additional approval
  • Preparing Price changes weekly in the Bizerbas for several customers. Verify & get approval before sending to floor
  • Keep phone system functioning, reconnect individual service
  • Set up Employee's with various access required
  • Trouble shoot PC's and Laptops throughout the plant
  • Troubleshoot Printers, Scales, Scan Guns
  • An understanding and updating of all of the plant projects, Environics, Bizerba Software, Box labeling process & software, Line installation
  • Upkeep/troubleshooting of inhouse Network both LAN, Admin, Plant floor, Camera and WIFI
  • Day to day issues and requests
  • Be able to maintain PLL's, pricing information database, trouble shoot, network issues, troubleshoot selected equipment on the production floor, maintenance in working on the equipment on the production floor

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a 4 year degree related field or 4 years of recent IT experience
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand tools and list 20 lbs
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Must have 12-month experience in manufacturing or other high paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
