Maintenance Technician Lead - Pay Rate: $25/hour

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair attraction equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to help reduce downtime
- Support building systems including mechanical, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
- Respond to maintenance and operational issues throughout the attraction
- Help support daily technician operations and assist teammates when needed
- Coordinate repairs with outside vendors when necessary
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for guests and staff
Backgrounds That Translate Well

- Facilities maintenance
- Building maintenance
- Industrial maintenance
- Electrical or mechanical troubleshooting
- HVAC or hotel maintenance
- Maintenance mechanic work
- Automotive technician experience
- Entertainment or attraction maintenance
- Military technical experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with mechanical or electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous team lead, trainer, or mentoring experience is a plus
- Trade school or technical certifications are helpful but not required
