Mechatronics & Robotics Maintenance Technician

Work with Advanced Robotics & Automation Technology


We’re looking for a skilled Mechatronics & Robotics Maintenance Technician to support highly automated equipment inside a modern fulfillment and distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working with industrial technology, and keeping critical operations running at peak performance.


You’ll be hands-on with robotics, conveyor systems, PLC-controlled equipment, motors, sensors, and automated material handling technology in a fast-paced industrial setting.


What You’ll Be Doing


  •  Troubleshoot and repair robotic and automated equipment 
  •  Maintain conveyor systems, motors, drives, and sensors 
  •  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks 
  •  Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings 
  •  Document maintenance activity within a CMMS system 
  •  Identify recurring equipment issues and support reliability improvements 
  •  Follow all electrical, mechanical, and safety procedures 
Equipment & Systems You’ll Work With


  •  Conveyor and material handling systems 
  •  Robotic work cells and automation equipment 
  •  PLC-controlled machinery 
  •  Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) 
  •  Industrial sensors including photo eyes, encoders, and proximity switches 
  •  Pneumatic systems 
  •  Safety circuits and interlock systems

Qualifications


  •  High school diploma or GED required 
  •  Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance, automation, or manufacturing experience 
  •  Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability 
  •  Ability to read schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams 
  •  Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights when needed 
  •  Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 
Preferred Experience


  •  Technical degree or certification in mechatronics, robotics, electrical technology, or related field 
  •  2+ years working with automated or robotic systems 
  •  Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or industrial controls 
  •  Familiarity with CMMS maintenance software
