Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Lebanon, PA. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $26/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment in an aluminum sand foundry
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment such as sand mixers, conveyors, and molding machines
- Assisting in the installation, dismantling, and relocation of machinery as needed
- Conducting regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and reporting findings to the Plant Manager
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on repairs
- Supporting production goals by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and minimizing downtime
Requirements:
- Must have basic mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment
- Must be able to perform physical work in a foundry environment
- Must be reliable and able to adhere to scheduled start times
- Must have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail
