Maintenance Technician Levels II – III

As our Maintenance Technician, you will join a forward-thinking aerospace manufacturing team maintaining and repairing advanced CNC and industrial machinery.
We obviously want to bring in the highest-skilled technician possible, but we also understand we may need to train the right person up. Our most likely hire will be a Level II, but we would love to find a strong Level III with advanced CNC maintenance and repair experience.

Shifts Available:
- A-Nights: Sun–Tue and every other Wed, 6 AM–6:30 PM ($2 shift differential)
- B-Nights: Thurs–Sat and every other Wed, 6 PM–6:30 AM ($4 shift differential)
What You'll Do (Depending on Level):
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair CNC and industrial machinery
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Use electrical meters and diagnostic tools to identify machine issues
- Perform invasive machine repairs to minimize equipment downtime
- Navigate CNC controls and troubleshoot machine performance
- Support emergency and unscheduled machine repairs
- Perform machine metrology and kinematic corrections
- Manage the full cycle of multiple concurrent machine repairs, including diagnostics, part sourcing, machine repair, and repair success validation
- Plan and document work orders
- Work with CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls
- Ensure proper machine alignment, safety, and performance
- Mentor and train junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives at the Level III level
