This role supports equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, food safety, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and environmental and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Start up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery and equipmentRespond promptly to maintenance calls and equipment issues on production linesPerform preventive maintenance on machines, pumps, motors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systemsDiagnose equipment failures, complete repairs, and conduct basic root cause analysis to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot worn parts and rebuild machine assemblies, pumps, valves, cylinders, and actuators as neededUtilize mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic PLC troubleshooting skillsComplete work orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate maintenance recordsMonitor spare parts inventory and report usage and re-order needs to managementMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while properly maintaining tools and equipmentFollow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidentsAdditional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assignedThe Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and responsibilities of this role as needed to meet business requirements.Qualifications: RequiredHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of maintenance experienceMechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder logicBasic knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing systemsEnglish proficiency in both oral and writtenActively listens and communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms, adapting to the audience as neededAbility to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededAbility to work onsite (remote work is not an option)Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change and learn quicklyApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time the employment begins and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
