Facility Maintenance Tech

Monday-Friday 2:00PM-10:30PM (2nd Shift) overtime as needed

Job Duties

Utilize process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures
Maximizes performance of machinery: Troubleshoots equipment problems, make changes
Read blueprints and technical manuals
Assists with equipment changes and mold changes to accommodate production
Utilize preventative maintenance program to maintain and prevent equipment failure.
Preserve plant equipment through proper cleaning and maintaining
Records, documents, and reports various data
LOTO procedures (Lock Out Tag Out)

Requirements

Must wear proper PPE at all times
Can lift up to 50lbs
Can work in small/confined spaces
Can reach within hands and arms length, bend and stoop, walk, and stand for long period of times
