Maintenance Technician

Fath Properties is seeking candidates to fill an Apartment Maintenance position at our beautiful property, Fairfield Pointe , located in Fairfield, OH. We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus! We need candidates who are Multi Skilled in Maintenance, capable of performing occupied residential repairs. They must have the ability to diagnose basic problems at the property including appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. HVAC certification preferred but not required. Additional skills we are looking for more in candidates, include the following: appliance repair and replacement plumbing repairs, electrical repairs lighting replacement hardware replacement painting and drywall repairs as needed This position reports directly to Community Manager.
