Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and providing excellent service to residents.


What You’ll Do
  •  Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner 
  •  Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry 
  •  Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units 
  •  Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections 
  •  Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation 
  •  Maintain curb appeal and help ensure the community is clean and well-maintained 
  •  Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred 
  •  HVAC certification is a plus 
  •  Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs 
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently 
  •  Strong attendance and reliability 
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors as needed
