Two year of maintenance, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours or weekend emergency response as needed.
Perform repairs, including painting, drywall patching, caulking, and basic carpentry.
Replace light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and air filters.
Complete basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets or toilet components.
Perform basic electrical tasks, including replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures (as permitted by local regulations).
Inspect common areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Clean and maintain walkways, parking areas, and community amenities.
Assist with vendor access and monitor contractor work when requested.
Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
