Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Commerce, CA, 90040. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical components
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Troubleshoot PLC and VFD systems
- Perform maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor systems
- Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
- Keep the maintenance shop and work areas organized and clean.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
