Maintenance Technician

Property Management Associates is currently searching for an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician in Venice, CA, to service a 139-unit property. With a vast portfolio of thousands of residential units, we offer a stable and dynamic environment for your career growth.

Compensation:

• $23.00-$26.00 per hour- 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and rent-ready apartment preparation is a plus.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and ensure timely maintenance completion.
• Promptly handle resident repair inquiries and work orders, covering various maintenance tasks.
• Possess extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair methods, tools, and materials.
• On-call and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle objects weighing 25-50 pounds, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours a day, involving moderate physical activity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to comprehend and adhere to safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance will be needed.
• A background and DMV check will be run as part of our hiring process. A pre-employment physical will be conducted
• Tech-savvy and use of work order software is a plus
