Key Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment homes, buildings, grounds, and common areas
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies)
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
• Track and maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior maintenance experience required (multifamily experience preferred)
• HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
• Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
• Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual a plus
