What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and apartment repairs
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry issues
• Maintain buildings, grounds and community amenities
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory, tools and equipment
• Follow OSHA, EPA and company safety standards
• Provide professional, courteous service to residents
• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of the on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience; multifamily experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
• CPO certification is a plus
• Basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
