What You’ll Do:

- Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Oversee tools, supplies, and equipment
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma/GED
- HVAC experience required; EPA certification preferred
- Bilingual a plus
- Proven apartment or multifamily maintenance background
- Ability to be on-call and work independently
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
