Our brand‑new, fully automated facility is going live, and we need experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to keep advanced robotics, high‑speed conveyors, and automated packaging systems running without interruption. This is a mission‑critical role in a 24/7 operation—your skills will directly keep production online and prevent costly downtime.


What You’ll Do


+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robotic, mechanical, pneumatic & automated conveyor systems

+ Perform essential maintenance to maximize uptime during high‑demand operations

+ Install, optimize, and support automated packaging and distribution equipment

+ Mentor developing technicians and provide on‑shift technical guidance

+ Ensure continuous uptime in a high‑speed, round‑the‑clock facility


Required Skills — Must Be Able to Hit the Ground Running


+ 2+ years Industrial Maintenance experience

+ 2+ years hands‑on with MHE, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays & rotating shifts — no exceptions


Highly Preferred Skills


+ CMMS experience

+ Preventative maintenance

+ Strong conveyor & automation knowledge

+ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise

+ Understanding of controls, safety standards & risk mitigation

Work Environment Expectations


+ Ability to lift up to 49 lbs

+ Standing/walking for up to12‑hour shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
