Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Ludlow, VT

Pay Range: $31-$34

Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday, with some hours on Fridays for projects and preventive maintenance tasks

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on various production equipment to ensure continuous operation
• Develop and refine maintenance procedures for machinery and systems
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and electronic components
• Install and maintain electrical control systems and automation equipment

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering instructions
• Proficiency with basic power tools and test equipment such as volt meters
• Experience with troubleshooting up to 480V 3-phase equipment and control circuits
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and basic PLC programming skills for troubleshooting
