Maintenance Technician (EPA Universal Required)

We're hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support four apartment communities located within just 1-2 miles of each other. If you're an experienced multifamily maintenance professional who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a strong team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Maintain curb appeal and common areas
• Assist with training team members when needed
• Participate in an 8-week on-call rotation

Requirements

5+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience

EPA Universal Certification (Required)

Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience

Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and carpentry experience

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
