Our manufacturing client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Madison, WI
**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $35/hr
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment
Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime
Inspect, service, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other production machinery
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to perform maintenance activities
Assist with equipment installations, machine upgrades, and production line modifications
Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records using CMMS software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience maintaining production equipment, motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated machinery
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
