BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Madison, WI (53719). This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment maintenance experience who is ready to start immediately and grow into a long-term role.
Position Details
- Role: Maintenance Technician

- Pay: $22/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to on-call maintenance requests as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with management and residents
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to work on-call as needed
- Maintenance or related experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
