    Industrial Maintenance Technician Position Summary

    The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. This role will perform preventative and corrective maintenance while responding to equipment breakdowns and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.

    • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.

    • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.

    • Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other production equipment.

    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

    • Assist with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment as needed.

    • Perform equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.

    • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

    • Document maintenance activities and completed repairs in a CMMS or maintenance system.

    • Follow all safety procedures, including proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    • Work with Production and Engineering teams to identify recurring issues and improve equipment reliability.

    • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.

    • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

    • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and industrial controls.

    • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

    • Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.

    • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems.

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required.

    Schedule
    • Full-time

    • Shift may vary based on production needs

    • Overtime as required
