Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician position responsibilities include but are not limited to: resolution of basic resident work order requests, restore vacated units to acceptable standards, maintain clean grounds and common areas and complete preventive maintenance items as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electricity, painting, locks, and appliances
• Available for emergency calls and possible weekend hours
• Present a positive customer service attitude that demonstrates an understanding and sensitivity to all residents
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
• HVAC Certification recommended but not required

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
