Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $26-$33/hr DOE
Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM, with overtime as needed
Location: Manteno, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $26-$33/hr DOE. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; escalate complex issues
• Conduct routine condition-based checks (temperature, pressure, visual inspections)
• Document work orders, failure codes, and parts usage using CMMS
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF standards to ensure product safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (food, beverage, or CPG preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills and basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools like multimeters and gauges
• Experience with CMMS and food safety standards

Skills

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance and basic repairs
• Use of diagnostic instruments and hand tools
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF standards
• Safety procedures including LOTO and PPE
