About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support industrial systems and equipment at a leading animal health products facility. This role is part of our Engineering and Technical Services team, which delivers preventive maintenance, repairs, and operational support to ensure reliable, high-performing facilities.

The ideal candidate will bring basic experience or working knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair and a strong desire to grow within a world-class organization. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining operational excellence while developing your technical skills and advancing your career with CBRE.

This is a full-time, day shift position offering career progression opportunities, hands-on learning, and the chance to be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Maintain production area/clean room mechanical systems

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.

Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.

Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.

Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.

Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude.

is or $28.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is
